I am a homegrown IT Professional, living and working in Hereford, Herefordshire but originally from Presteigne, Powys. I pride myself on being a Friendly IT Professional meaning I can work with different types of people with varying levels of IT knowledge.
I have a passion for Web Design working with Javascript, jQuery, PHP, HTML, CSS, WordPress(CMS) and Magento eCommerce but also provide recommendations, advice, support and consultancy.
I started from the ground up, managing servers, desktops and laptops across multiple countries with a wealth of experience from diagnosing PC issues to Windows and Linux Server issues, related to anti-virus, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SQL Server, Sage Line 50 / 200, Greentree, ERP and User Knowledge.
I have managed several projects including an several ERP system implementations. Enjoy using new, innovative technologies to get the job done in a cost effective, efficient manner.
